I like this sauce on brisket. When feeling western I pop a half of a beef brisket into the crockpot first thing in the morning (I don't even trim off the fat). I cook it on low all day. About 30 minutes before dinner I drain off the fat and extra liquid and poor Stubb's original (or mild) sauce over the top. Then I cook it for 30 minutes more and serve.

Don't you just love the library?! Here are some of our books from this weeks trip. We have a nice library but it didn't take me long to read through the current craft section. Two years after we moved here I found out that we have an interlibrary loan program- so fun! I read about books on other blogs or on Amazon then I go to our library and request them. Usually in about two weeks I'm taking the book home from the library.

Wow, we have a lot of edges. We gave up on fixing the edge trimmer and bought a new one and I've been trying to get the yard edged- very time consuming and my forearms are killing me! Yards are so much easier to maintain than to play "catch up" in. Mark, helped and there is still a lot of sweeping to do and if you can believe it, more edges around the back paths.... but it's looking much better already.
